Overview
- Accurately assign ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to patient records, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines.
- Review clinical documentation to extract the necessary data for coding, identifying any discrepancies or missing information.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures, enhancing the accuracy of coding.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of data entered into electronic health records (EHR) systems, maintaining high data integrity.
- Experience in hospital, clinic, or insurance settings preferred.
- GCC experience preferred, especially in Qatar or United Arab Emirates.
- Must have valid visa in Qatar with NOC
