- Manage physicians' calendars, schedule medical conferences, and assist them with daily administrative requests
- Type, format, and file medical reports, referral letters, and clinical summaries with high accuracy
- Prepare and organize medical documentation required for insurance approvals, claims, and resubmissions
- Maintain, archive, and audit Electronic Medical Records (EMR) while strictly adhering to patient privacy laws
- Monitor office and medical supply levels, liaise with vendors, and prepare purchase orders for management approval
- Handle incoming and outgoing official emails, letters, and memos on behalf of the clinic management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a secretary or administrator in a hospital, medical center, or healthcare setting
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and local EMR systems
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare administration processes, and UAE insurance coding standard practices
- Bachelor's degree, diploma in business administration, or certification in medical secretarial studies
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Arabic and Chinese
- Superior organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, strong time management, and absolute discretion with confidential data

Job Summary
- We are looking for an organized and detail oriented Medical Clinic Secretary to provide high level administrative support to our doctors and management team. In this role, you will handle official correspondence, manage medical records, transcribe clinical notes, and coordinate backend clinic logist
Key Responsibilities
- Doctor Support: Manage physicians' calendars, schedule medical conferences, and assist them with daily administrative requests.
- Medical Documentation: Type, format, and file medical reports, referral letters, and clinical summaries with high accuracy.
- Insurance & Claims: Prepare and organize medical documentation required for insurance approvals, claims, and resubmissions.
- Records Management: Maintain, archive, and audit Electronic Medical Records (EMR) while strictly adhering to patient privacy laws.

Requirements & Qualifications
