We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales & Sales Agent to join our medical center team.
The role involves handling both telephone-based sales (telesales) and in-person patient consultations (sales).
You will be responsible for promoting the center’s medical services, booking appointments, building strong patient relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound telesales calls to potential and existing patients to promote services, packages, and promotions.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide accurate information about treatments and pricing.
- Conduct face-to-face consultations with walk-in patients to explain services and close sales.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring smooth coordination with medical staff.
- Maintain and update patient records in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets (both telesales and in-clinic).
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure patient satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.

Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or direct sales (healthcare industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Patient-focused, with the ability to explain medical services clearly and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
