About Us

  • We are a growing multidisciplinary medical center offering Dental, Dermatology, Hijama (Cupping Therapy), and General Healthcare Services.
  • We are seeking an experienced and results oriented Marketing Executive who can drive patient acquisition, increase appointment bookings, and strengthen our brand presence across digital and community channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase patient flow across all departments, including Dental, Dermatology, Hijama, and General Practice.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other digital marketing campaigns.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into booked appointments.
  • Create and manage engaging social media content, including videos, reels, patient testimonials, educational content, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and implement monthly marketing calendars and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate community outreach programs, corporate partnerships, schools, gyms, wellness centers, and local events to increase patient referrals.
  • Monitor and improve the center's online reputation through Google Reviews and social media engagement.
  • Analyze marketing performance and provide monthly reports on leads, bookings, patient acquisition cost, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and reception teams to improve patient conversion and retention.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with DHA regulations and UAE healthcare advertising guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in healthcare, medical center, dental clinic, dermatology clinic, or wellness marketing.
  • Proven track record of increasing patient bookings and growing healthcare brands.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, lead generation, and CRM systems.
  • Experience creating healthcare related content and managing social media campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in healthcare regulations and medical advertising guidelines is preferred.

  • Increase monthly patient appointments and walk ins.
  • Increase new patient acquisition across all specialties.
  • Improve inquiry to booking conversion rates.
  • Generate qualified leads within agreed monthly targets.
