Perform and speak to all medical aesthetic services offered at Refine by Medcan
Conduct Skin Rejuvenation Consultations to recommend cosmetic and aesthetic services, as well as retail products to clients
Support the team in achieving overall monthly performance targets within aesthetics, cosmetics (injectables), and retail skincare
Schedule cosmetic and medical aesthetics appointments while working with dermatologists to determine appropriate treatment plans
Maintain quality and safety standards as per Medcan’s protocols
Accurately document treatments in clients file, as part of the EMR
Educate clients and internal staff on skin care products and treatment options
Respond to telephone and e-mail enquiries from internal and external clients
Update client information on internal database (EMR)
Coordinate with other staff to ensure exceptional delivery of service
Must be a licensed Medical Aesthetician
Minimum 3 – 5 years working in a medical facility or medi spa
Must have experience working with the variety of treatment options available, which include: Microdermabrasion Chemical Peel Green Peel IPL Clear & Brilliant HydraFacial

An understanding of medical skincare products
Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills
Knowledge of skin varieties, conditions and basic treatments

This position is a full-time, in-person role operating during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). The successful candidate must be available to provide occasional Saturday coverage based on operational needs.
