Medcan is seeking a Product Associate to support the continued evolution of our Assessments portfolio, including our flagship Annual Health Assessment (AHA) and related assessment services.
This role sits within the Product Management team and plays a critical role in shaping how Medcan’s assessment offerings evolve to remain clinically leading, client‑relevant, and commercially scalable.
The Product Associate focuses on product innovation and evolution—supporting roadmap development, identifying opportunities for new features, services, and experiences, and translating clinical, client, and market insights into actionable product direction.
You will contribute across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and concept development through to pilot execution, launch, and post‑launch refinement.
This role works closely with clinicians, operations, marketing, technology, finance, and analytics to ensure assessment products evolve in line with Medcan’s clinical standards and strategic priorities.
This role reports to Head of Clinical Innovation, with primary focus on Medcan’s Assessments portfolio.

$55,245.00 - $75,963.00 CAD annually
Pay will be determined based on an analysis of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications within the role's compensation grade.
Medcan's compensation ranges are determined by a combination of required qualifications and skills, market value, and internal equity.
The above range pertains solely to the base compensation and is not inclusive of additional compensation details such as perks, benefits, and potential bonuses or incentives.
