Job Overview
Sama Medical Care is seeking a proactive and organized Medical Admin to join its team in Doha, Qatar.
The role coordinates daily clinic operations and reports operational matters to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for daily clinic operations.
- Report directly to the Managing Director on operational matters and concerns.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, insurance, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Monitor and follow up on operational and administrative requirements.
- Maintain patient records, reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Assist with medical insurance, appointments, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with patients, suppliers, insurance companies, and external parties.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of clinic information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- Healthcare or clinic administrative experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical insurance and EMR systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
