Role Overview
Sama Medical Care is seeking a proactive and organized Medical Admin to join its team in Doha, Qatar.
The role serves as a central administrative contact for daily clinic operations and reports to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for daily clinic operations.
- Report operational matters and concerns to the Managing Director.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, insurance, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Monitor and follow up on operational and administrative requirements.
- Maintain patient records, reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Assist with medical insurance, appointments, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with patients, suppliers, insurers, and external parties.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle clinic information properly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- Healthcare or clinic administrative experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical insurance and EMR systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Workplace and Compensation
- The position is based in Doha, Qatar and the work location is in person.
- The posting states pay of QAR 4,000 to QAR 5,000 per hour.
