Role Overview
We’re looking for a Media Sales Executive who can confidently pitch and sell our full suite of creative services to potential clients across industries.
You’ll play a critical role in growing our business by identifying leads, building strong relationships, and offering tailored media and marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, networking, emails, or industry events
- Understand client needs and pitch customized service packages
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Close deals and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a strong pipeline through CRM tools
- Collaborate with project and creative teams for smooth delivery
- Stay updated on digital trends and competitor offerings
- Report sales activity, feedback, and forecast accurately
What We'Re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in media, creative, or digital agency sales
- Strong understanding of services like video production, photography, social media, and digital marketing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Valid Qatar Driving License – Preferred
- Valid QID (Residency Permit) – Preferred
- Candidates currently residing in Doha are highly preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills
