- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage digital projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for government website content development.
- Continuously manage and update website content while ensuring accuracy and high-quality presentation.
- Oversee the creation, writing, and editing of digital and media content in alignment with the institutional identity.
- Manage publishing processes across various digital platforms and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Enhance the media visibility of digital platforms through both traditional and digital channels.
- Coordinate with media organizations and content creators to strengthen media coverage.
- Apply best practices in SEO and user experience (UX) to digital content.
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of practical experience in media-related project management or website content development.
- Experience in digital content management and media editing.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and modern media channels.
- Advanced writing and journalistic skills, with strong content creation ability.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Media, Marketing, Information Technology, or Public Relations).
- Professional certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are a plus.
