Job Description
Lead data-informed digital media planning, optimization, reporting, and client communication for healthcare and life sciences brands.
Partner with Media Operations, Analytics, vendors, and client stakeholders to develop plans, monitor performance, manage budgets, and translate data into recommendations.
What You’ll Do
- Develop media plans using audience insights, channel strategy, and client business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance with GA4, Prisma, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, and reporting outputs.
- Optimize campaigns across programmatic, Google products, YouTube, connected TV, search, social, and other digital channels.
- Manage budgets, pacing, approvals, vendor relationships, and spend tracking.
- Present campaign updates, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least five years of digital media planning experience, including at least one year managing workstreams, team members, or campaign delivery.
- Have experience supporting healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences clients.
- Have hands-on experience with GA4, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, DoubleVerify, and Prisma.
- Have experience managing budgets, pacing, approvals, and performance accountability.
- Have experience planning or optimizing campaigns across digital media channels.
- Have at least two years of client-facing presentation experience and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI in regular work.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional campaign delivery teams.
- Experience managing vendors, partner communications, media opportunities, or external recommendations.
- Experience adapting plans, reporting, or timelines to shifting client priorities.
Compensation
- The base salary range is CAD $80,000 to $95,000.
- The final offer depends on work location, skills, education, and prior work experience.
