Associate Creative Director (Art)

Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.

Experience developing work across HCP, patient, payer, or disease awareness audiences, including adapting visual systems while maintaining strategic and medical accuracy.

Experience contributing senior creative thinking to pitches, new business presentations, or client growth opportunities within healthcare, pharma, or life sciences.

Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, and presentation design tools, with examples of using them across client-facing creative development.

Working knowledge of healthcare brand challenges, audience needs, therapeutic area considerations, and market dynamics, with examples of applying that understanding to visual creative work.

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design, Art Direction, Visual Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
