**Tanseeq Investment Group** is a leading diversified group in the UAE with over 25 years of excellence across landscaping, retail, e-commerce, interiors, and lifestyle brands.
We are seeking a **results-driven Media Buyer** to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms, driving measurable growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across **Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms**
- **Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CAC, and conversion volume**
- **Manage daily budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to ensure efficient spend**
- **Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, formats, and placements**
- **Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations**
- **Work closely with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to align messaging and visuals**
- **Implement and monitor tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform dashboards**
- **Identify scaling opportunities and troubleshoot performance drops**
- **Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports** for management
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a **Media Buyer / Performance Marketer**
- **Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads**
- **Solid understanding of e-commerce funnels, lead generation, and conversion tracking**
- **Experience managing daily and monthly media budgets**
- **Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills**
- **Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs** is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Salary & Benefits
- **Salary: Up to AED 6,000 per month (based on experience)**
