- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, email, website forms, social media, and phone calls
- Guide customers through the purchasing process and recommend suitable products based on their requirements
- Convert online inquiries into confirmed sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers on quotations, abandoned carts, and pending inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience in e commerce sales, telesales, customer service, retail sales, or similar role preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
- Target oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and e commerce platforms is an advantage

Requirements

- Arabic language skills will be a strong advantage.
