Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
- Generate high quality leads for real estate properties (sales & leasing)
- Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead
- Conduct audience research and targeting specific to UAE real estate market
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and conversion
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and strategically
- Create A/B testing strategies for ad creatives and campaigns
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and digital marketing strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer, preferably in real estate or lead generation campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Experience in generating qualified real estate leads in UAE market is a strong advantage
- Understanding of real estate funnels, buyer behavior, and leasing/sales cycles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on data
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Good communication and coordination skills with sales teams
- Creative mindset with attention to detail in ad copy and creatives
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously

Job Description
