- Develop framework to evaluate performance of communications and media releases.

- Develop and identify strategic messages and communication filters for Dubai.
- Drive selection of focus markets and key messages.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 4 5 years in a similar role
- Minimum of 7 years leading and managing teams
- Minimum of 3 years managing a budget
- Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or information technology
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy

Role Overview
- The Media Analytics Director is responsible for the development of using data to make informed decisions across GDMO through strategic implementation of Research and Analytics and Media Monitoring teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop the strategy for Media Analytics, across the Research and Analytics team and the Media Monitoring team.
- Ensure successful implementation of the strategic vision for Media Analytics.
- Lead the teams within Media Analytics to deliver objectives.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with Directors across GDMO.
- Develop and manage the Media Analytics budget.
- Ensure monthly KPI reports are generated and shared on time.
- Develop talent within the MA teams.
- Establish partnerships with service providers and governments to obtain data.
- Set strategy to identify customer requirements for media communications.
- Ensure development of framework to evaluate performance of current communications.
- Develop fact sheet on Dubai and Leadership.
- Implement fact checking services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 4 5 years in a similar role
- Minimum of 7 years leading and managing teams
- Minimum of 3 years managing a budget
- Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or information technology
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy
