- 7 10+ years mechanical maintenance experience in power generation or nuclear environments
- Strong background in outage/shutdown maintenance activities
- Proven hands on troubleshooting experience on mechanical systems
- Experience in regulated environments (nuclear or equivalent)
- Ability to supervise teams and coordinate contractors on site
