Based from the Derwent Region, this role sits within our Major Maintenance Team and supports the planning and delivery of major maintenance outages across Hydro Tasmania's generation assets.
Travelling statewide and working closely with one of four Site Managers, you'll lead crews and contractors in the field, providing day-to-day supervision, safety leadership and technical guidance to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Reporting to the Supervisor Major Maintenance, you'll mentor technicians and apprentices and work closely with operational, technical and contractor stakeholders to deliver successful outage outcomes.
