Mechanical Supervisor (HVAC bias)

Supervising and supporting HVAC engineers and specialist contractors.

Carrying out planned maintenance, servicing, fault-finding and reactive repairs.

Diagnosing faults and completing repairs with a strong focus on first-time fixes.

Managing contractors, site inspections and HVAC-related works.

Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Proven commercial HVAC maintenance and engineering experience.

Strong technical and fault-finding skills with the ability to work independently.

Previous experience supervising engineers or contractors.

Excellent communication, organisation and client-facing skills.

A proactive approach to health & safety, compliance and preventative maintenance.
