Your main responsibilities will be
- Carrying out statutory testing across our London portfolio: emergency lighting, fire alarm, water temperatures and flushing, fire door inspections, dry risers.
- Logging every result the same day — readings, photos, certificates, asset records.
- Flagging failures and defects immediately to the team.

About You
You are a careful and methodical worker, interested in growing your experience in property maintenance
Experienced with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
Basic understanding of electrical systems
Basic maths skills.
An experienced problem solver - you can think outside the box to come up with solutions.
Good communication ability and confidence in front of clients. You will be representing Reeve in a professional manner.
Well-organised with good attention to detail.
Health and safety is a priority and you can spot problems before they happen.
Comfortable working alone and also as part of a team.
Qualifications
- No specific qualifications are required, but Legionella / L8 water hygiene training, Lone Working and Electrical Safety training is preferred.
