Mechanical Staff Engineer

In this role you will be recognised as a senior technical contributor and mechanical engineering subject matter expert within the organisation.

You will be expected to:

Provide technical leadership across multiple projects, products, and engineering initiatives.

Serve as a recognised authority for complex mechanical design, analysis, qualification, and problem-solving activities.

Collaborate effectively with Systems, Hardware, Firmware, Software, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver integrated product solutions.

Drive engineering excellence through technical reviews, development standards, mentoring, and best practices.

Contribute to technology roadmaps and innovation initiatives through deep technical expertise and industry knowledge.

Coach and develop engineers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence.

Champion product quality, reliability, manufacturability, safety, sustainability, and customer value throughout the product lifecycle.

Lead by example through strong technical judgement, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
