Job Overview
The Mechanical Site Supervisor – Execution will supervise mechanical construction and site execution activities.
The role requires at least 10 years of mechanical construction and site execution experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical installation works and ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate daily activities with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and inspect materials and workmanship for quality compliance.
- Review shop drawings, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate site updates to project management.
- Support testing, commissioning, handover, and resolution of technical and execution-related problems.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in mechanical construction and site execution.
- Strong experience supervising mechanical installation works and interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, installation methods, and site safety requirements.
