Responsibilities
- Manage quantity and cost control workflows collaborating with Field Engineering, Procurement, Cost Control, Construction, and Contracts teams
- Identify project risks based on contract documents, schedules, and deliverables
- Submit fortnightly risk reports and mitigation plans aligned with EPC/Contractor performance
- Develop strategic plans and advise management on cost controlled solutions for contractor claims
- Cross check MTOs with AFC drawings to update procurement needs
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (piping, mechanical, civil, E&I)
- Handle field change approvals (FCN, DCN), site variations, test pack verifications, and as built requirements
- Implement Installation Work Packages (IWP) and Workface Planning (WFP) using Advanced Work Package (AWP) methodology
- Reconcile materials released to sub contractor
Requirements
- Senior Pipeline QS with expertise in pipeline activities
- Proficient in submitting fortnightly risk reports and mitigation plans
- Experienced in developing strategic plans and advising management on cost controlled solutions
- Strong knowledge of project design methods, construction monitoring, and lifecycle planning
- Hands on experience with tie ins, pre shutdown, and shutdown activities
- Proficiency in MS Excel for controlling materials
- Proficiency on AutoCAD for reading alignment sheets drawings

Overview
