About the Role
Work as a Mechanical Project Engineer within an MEP team focused on data center projects.
Design, execute, and commission mechanical systems tailored to data center environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute mechanical systems for data centers, including HVAC, chilled water, fire protection, and ventilation systems.
- Coordinate with electrical, civil, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless project integration.
- Review design drawings and equipment specifications for compliance with project requirements and international standards.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Prepare technical reports, method statements, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in MEP works, including at least 5 years in data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design, load calculations, cooling systems, and energy efficiency standards.
- Familiarity with international standards including ASHRAE, SMACNA, and NFPA.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools.
