Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Professional Competencies:

- Understanding of UT facility

- Troubleshooting ability to deal with facility malfunctions

- Understanding of measuring tools and methods

- Ability to manage and prioritize workload

- Prepare routine documentation as required

- Ability to solve problems related to utility (Mechanical)

Expertise:

- Generally, require high school diploma or GED(General Education Development)

- Require to complete internal/external training required to perform the job

- Possess basic knowledge of equipment and instructions/procedures; Able to operate tasks of one to two sub-processes

- Engage in basic troubleshooting according to the instructions (encountered problems are routine, and solutions are clearly defined)

Collaboration and Supervision:

- Communicate through written, verbal, and other forms of communication and follow instructions from superiors
