- Minimum 10 years' UAE experience in mechanical site inspection with leading consultancy firms
- Demonstrated experience on large, multidisciplinary building projects; preference for educational / institutional facilities
- Working knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority standards, QHSE procedures, and site documentation practices
- Strong reporting and communication skills
