Responsibilities
- Supervise fit out works on building projects including high end residential, commercial, or hospitality
- Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Coordinate MEP aspects with fit out works
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and authority requirements
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of fit out supervision experience on buildings including high end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
- Strong knowledge of fit out materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and construction methods
- Ability to review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and relevant authority requirements
