About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise valve maintenance, repair, and testing activities in the workshop and at site
- Allocate work assignments and monitor the performance of technicians and fitters
- Ensure all jobs are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and client requirements
- Coordinate with QC, operations, and project teams to meet project schedules and quality standards
- Monitor tools, equipment, and material requirements for ongoing activities
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain proper job records
- Support shutdown and turnaround projects as required
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in valve servicing, repair, overhaul, and maintenance within the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong hands on experience with control valves, safety valves, gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, and other industrial valves
- Ability to supervise and coordinate workshop and field service activities
- Good understanding of valve disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and timely project execution
- Prior experience in refinery or plant shutdown/turnaround activities will be an added advantage

Job Overview
