- Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities within the assigned unit/project
- Ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, planning, procurement, and client representatives
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization to achieve project targets
- Resolve technical and construction issues and ensure compliance with HSE requirements
- Prepare progress reports and support testing, commissioning, and project handover
Requirements
- Experience in leading and managing mechanical construction activities
- Ability to supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
- Knowledge of HSE requirements and quality standards
- Experience in coordinating with engineering, QA/QC, planning, procurement, and client representatives
- Ability to prepare progress reports and support testing, commissioning, and project handover
