About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide mechanical engineering support including design reviews, commissioning, start up, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
- Develop and manage maintenance work packs and modification activities
- Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and project specifications
- Participate in technical reviews, risk assessments, and safety workshops
- Maintain and track issue registers and risk mitigation plans
- Provide technical support for Management of Change (MoC) processes
- Supervise contractors, consultants, and service providers
- Drive improvements in asset reliability and integrity systems
- Support project tie ins and ensure smooth system integration
- Contribute to Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), SBRA, FRA, and other risk frameworks
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas or similar industry
- Proven experience in EPC, commissioning, and start up phases
- Strong expertise in mechanical systems, reliability, and integrity management
- Ability to make decisions under high pressure environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Proficiency with engineering and office applications

Job Purpose
- Support EPC and start up phases of major projects, ensuring engineering deliverables align with operational expectations in Safety, Reliability, Operability, and Maintainability across the asset lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide mechanical engineering support including design reviews, commissioning, start up, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.

Work Schedule & Setup
- 8–10 Hours per Day, Sunday to Thursday.
- Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF (Single Status).
