Arconic is currently in search of Mechanical Engineer to join our team based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
As Lancaster Mill continues to grow and invest in its operations, we are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to help drive our next phase of success.
This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving complex equipment challenges, leading capital projects, and partnering with operations teams to improve safety, reliability, and manufacturing performance.
In this role, you will provide engineering support across the mill, working closely with Production, Maintenance, and Leadership teams to improve mechanical systems, optimize equipment performance, and execute high-impact projects.
From troubleshooting critical equipment issues to leading major capital installations, you will play a key role in helping the mill achieve its business objectives and long-term growth plans.
