Arconic is currently in search of Maintenance Superintendent to join our Hotline Department based in Alcoa, TN.

The Maintenance Superintendent will lead a team of maintenance personnel in planned and unplanned maintenance activities for the Hot Mill, focusing on the deployment Reliability Excellence tools and promoting a culture of problem solving to root cause.
The incumbent must be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive continuous improvement within the maintenance organization.
