Role Summary
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of mechanical equipment and fleet used in waste management operations.
Focus on equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, operational efficiency, and compliance with technical and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise equipment and machinery used in waste collection, transportation, construction and demolition waste management, landfill projects, transfer stations, treatment stations, and worker accommodation camps.
- Review preventive and corrective maintenance plans and ensure implementation under technical and environmental standards.
- Monitor equipment and treatment-station performance and review breakdown and repair reports to support operational continuity.
