Designs, develops, prototypes, and tests all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery. Develops specifications for new parts or prototypes. Identifies appropriate materials and processes to ensure the quality, performance, and manufacturability of products.

Operate CNC(s) (Computerized Numerical Control) and create CAM files for prototyping purposes.
Cross-training as needed in additional areas to meet organizational business needs.
Reviews and signs mechanical engineering drawings/prints
Attends all design reviews and provides feedback
Conducts analysis and tests to determine weaknesses and failures in prototypes or products.
Other job-related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering.
7+ years of related experience.
Science, technology or math background preferred.
