Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Firefighting and ACMV systems
- Conduct routine inspections and identify faults or performance issues
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and control system problems
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and service teams for maintenance activities
- Ensure all systems comply with QCDD/QCD, NFPA, and ASHRAE standards
- Prepare maintenance reports, service reports, inspection checklists, and documentation
- Monitor spare parts, consumables, and maintenance material requirements
- Attend emergency breakdown calls and provide technical support
- Coordinate testing and periodic inspection activities with relevant authorities and clients
- Ensure all safety procedures and permit to work requirements are followed
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, testing certificates, and asset history
- Support business development and coordinate with customers
Requirements
- 9 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically firefighting and ACMV systems
- Knowledge of QCDD/QCD, NFPA, and ASHRAE standards
- Ability to plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities
