Key skills for this role
We're ramping up for some of the most exciting projects in our pipeline. These programs are pushing our team beyond current capacity, and we need two experienced Mechanical Design Engineers with strong PTC Creo skills to step in and own real design work from day one.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who's already built a solid track record in mechanical design and wants to apply it to devices that matter — including robotic surgery technology. You'll work with real autonomy, partner directly with customers, and mentor less experienced engineers on the team, all while contributing to some of the most technically interesting programs in our portfolio.
Own mechanical CAD design work from concept through release
Lead Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) sessions
Maintain and oversee engineering documentation and records
Manage design data in the ERP system to ensure accuracy
Interpret and apply specifications and regulatory information independently, and guide less experienced engineers in doing the same
Serve as a key point of contact with internal and external teams on design projects
Represent MPE in customer and supplier meetings, speaking directly to design decisions and tradeoffs
Skip the repetitive application forms
