Job Overview
The employer is seeking a Mechanical BIM Modeler to contribute to ongoing building and engineering projects.

Requirements
- A minimum Diploma qualification is required.
- Autodesk Certified Professional certification is required.
- The role requires at least 4 years of total experience, including 3 years of relevant experience.
- The main requirements section states that at least 2 years of UAE experience is required.
- Abu Dhabi experience, preferably 2 years, is listed as preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mechanical MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Model HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
- Coordinate models across architectural, structural, electrical, and MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and track clash reports using BIM tools.
- Apply project BEP, BIM standards, LOD requirements, naming conventions, and modeling procedures.
- Prepare coordinated shop drawings, layouts, sections, schedules, and BIM deliverables.
- Conduct model QA/QC, maintain version control, support design changes, and coordinate submissions.
