- Inspect, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
- Monitor and control hotel temperature and analyze energy utilization
- Calibrate controls, indicators, and gauges
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems and wiring
- Assemble, install, and maintain piping, fittings, and valves
- Perform routine maintenance of pool and spa
- Comply with safety and company policies; report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries
Requirements
- Degree from a technical, trade, or vocational school
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- EPA Universal Certification (US)
- Valid driver's license
- HVAC Certification

Job Overview
- Inspect, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
