Role Overview
The ME HR Services Specialist is a 12-month temporary role supporting high-quality, employee-centric HR Services across the UAE and KSA.
The role executes core HR processes end to end, guides the HR Shared Services Center team, and partners with regional stakeholders.
The position also improves HR Services through simplification, standardization, digitization, and automation.

Role Overview
The ME HR Services Specialist is a 12-month temporary role supporting high-quality, employee-centric HR Services across the UAE and KSA.
The role executes core HR processes end to end, guides the HR Shared Services Center team, and partners with regional stakeholders.
The position also improves HR Services through simplification, standardization, digitization, and automation.
HR Operations
- Own onboarding and offboarding across the UAE and KSA, including welcome calls, documentation, system setup, queries, and compliant exits.
- Monitor permit expiries and manage renewals for labor cards, exit-reentry permits, and similar government-mandated documentation.
- Administer employee enrollment, contributions, and reconciliation for applicable pension and social insurance schemes.
- Deliver employee queries, data management, transfers, letters, and record-keeping across the employee lifecycle.
Shared Services and Stakeholders
- Review HR Shared Services Center transaction quality, turnaround, data entry, documentation, and ticket resolution.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to the shared services team and maintain agreed service levels.
