Role Overview
The Material Handler is responsible for receiving, moving, storing, picking, packaging, labeling, and distributing materials, components, and finished goods throughout the manufacturing facility.
This entry-level position supports production by ensuring materials are available when needed, inventory is accurately tracked, and products are transported safely and efficiently.
The Material Handler follows work orders, production schedules, and verbal or written instructions while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education:
- · High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- · Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience is preferred.
- Skills:
- · Ability to read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and work instructions.
- · Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
- · Ability to accurately count, record, and organize inventory.
- · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- · Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification, as required.
- Physical Requirements:
- · Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
- · Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
- · Safely operate material handling equipment and work around manufacturing equipment.
