Material Quotation Analyst

Review and validate customer Bill of Materials (BOMs).

Upload and maintain BOM information in quotation management systems.

Verify AVL/AML compliance and component lifecycle status where applicable.

Ensure data integrity within quotation and ERP tools

Work closely with Sales, Program Management, Procurement, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

Coordinate with suppliers and material groups to gather pricing, lead-time, and availability information.

Provide timely responses to customer and internal quotation-related inquiries.

Generate quotation status, pricing, and cost analysis reports.

Track RFQ performance metrics and maintain quotation databases.

Support management reporting through data collection and analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related discipline.

Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Costing, Quotation Management, or related functions.

Experience in EMS, Manufacturing, Electronics, or Procurement environments is preferred.
