We are looking to add a Material Handler – Receiving to our team to support our electronics manufacturing operation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy staying active, and take pride in organization and accuracy, this is your opportunity to power up your career.
As a Material Handler – Receiving , you'll be responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are properly stored and available to support production.
Receive incoming materials and inspect shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness
Verify received materials against packing lists, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
Accurately process receipts and inventory transactions within the inventory management system
Label, organize, and store materials in designated inventory locations
Deliver materials to production and staging areas in a timely manner
Maintain accurate inventory through proper handling, storage, and documentation
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices
Identify, document, and report discrepancies, damaged materials, or receiving issues
Support quality inspections and work closely with Purchasing, Production, and Quality teams
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and warehouse area
