Material Handler - Mezzanine (12 Hour)

Promote and support a strong safety culture throughout the production and mezzanine areas.

Coach team members on company safety policies, procedures, and expectations.

Identify and communicate safety concerns, hazards, and policy violations to the Shift Supervisor and/or Operations Manager.

Support the documentation of safety infractions and corrective actions as required.

Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement related to employee orientation, training, safety, and retention.

Lead by example by consistently following all company safety procedures and requirements.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that improve workplace safety and operational efficiency.

Ensure operational and quality-related processes are followed and maintained.

Monitor production activities to help ensure products meet established quality standards.

Coach and support team members in following quality procedures and work instructions.

Identify and communicate quality concerns to the Shift Supervisor, Quality Department, and/or Operations Manager.

Support corrective and continuous improvement activities related to product quality.

Ensure required quality and production documentation is completed accurately.

The range for this position is $20.85 – 28.97 per hour. Exact salary offered will depend on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.
