WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Identifying and resolving problems and articulating the problem and outcome to the management team

• Understanding, influencing and overseeing the achievement of Operational KPIs for your team
• Proactively coordinating actions that will ensure operations are efficient and meeting requirements
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs
• Troubleshooting scanner issues
• Providing coaching and motivation to fellow team members and providing support with their jobs as required
