- Receive, source, maintain stock and supply materials as per specifications
- Liaise with internal and external functions to supply requested materials
- Develop tentative material mobilization plan based on forecast from Commissioning Manager/Team Leader
- Communicate with logistics/supplier/subcontractor to confirm material delivery plan
- Ensure PPE, PTW and HSE requirements are communicated to supplier/subcontractor resources
- Interface with various project teams to ensure integration of activities
- Report on material engagement upon completion of assignment
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within the oil and gas industry
- Graduate degree
- Ability to understand PO and SO terms and conditions related to material/tools
- Familiarity with mobilization activities to various destinations (fabrication yard, remote island, offshore)
- Knowledge of client requirements such as access pass, security pass, medical and training

Job Overview
- To receive, source, maintain stock and supply from stock various material as per specification requested.
- Liaise with functions internal and external to the Organization to supply requested materials.
Responsibilities
- Ability to understand PO and SO terms and conditions related to material/Tools.
- Develop tentative material mobilization plan based on the forecast provided by Commissioning Manager/Team Leader.
- Familiar with activities related with mobilization of material/Tools to various destination such as Fabrication Yard, Remote Island, Offshore and Remote location as per the project location.
- Familiar with Clients requirements such as access pass, security pass, medical and training prior to scheduling the material/Tools.
- Communicate with Logistics/Supplier/Subcontractor to confirm the material delivery plan till destination and return.
- Ensure that all PPE, PTW & HSE requirements are informed to Supplier/Subcontractor resources prior to their arrival to job location.
- Interfaces with various project teams to ensure integration of activities.
- Familiarize with applicable method statements, procedures and routines where required.
- Reports on material engagement upon completion of the assignment.
- Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
Qualifications
- Graduate
- Minimum 10 year’s relevant experience within the oil and gas industry.
