- Conduct perpetual inventory and annual stock taking
Requirements
- Experience in material control and inventory management
- Knowledge of material accounting and preservation practices
- Ability to coordinate with Quality Control and Procurement departments

Role Overview
- Responsible for controlling the flow of materials received from clients and Company Suppliers and deliver to the construction team according to Company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and store materials and deliver to applicable personnel on the project according to the project schedule and co ordinate with Quality Control and Procurement Departments.
- Ensure the availability of a minimum stock of regular materials.
- Ensure the consistent supply of materials to the construction.
- Ensure the inventory is held at minimum levels to reduce storage costs.
- Responsible for receiving stocks repeated material as per norms.
