- Strong stakeholder management and multidisciplinary coordination experience
- GCC experience is essential, with preference for candidates who have delivered projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah

Overview
- We are partnering with a leading developer to appoint a Masterplan Director to lead the planning and delivery of a major mixed use destination development in Riyadh.
- This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the masterplanning process across hospitality, residential, retail, public realm, landscape, infrastructure and development disciplines, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and world class design outcomes.
