Master Mechanic

Reports to Title:

(Pay grade)

The primary responsibilities of this position are to perform basic general and preventive maintenance to on-site company equipment, machines and building .

Must be able to make repairs as needed.

Frequent co mmunication with management is required and expected.

• The qualified applicant willbe able todemonstratea wide range of repair and maintenance skills including, general maintenance and cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and renovations.
• Mustpossess problem-solving and technical skills to solveplant maintenance problems.
• Provide management staff with regular updates on completion status on open jobs.
• Collaborate closely with the Construction & Property Management managers on repairs and maintenance items.
• Must be able to read wiring diagrams.
• Demonstratecapability tooperateand conduct preventative maintenanceof buildinga machines .
• Must be able to adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Actively encourage positive employee relations in a multi-language population for understanding and cooperation between management and fellow employees.
• All other related duties as assigned.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and facility systems toidentifypotential failures and proactively address issues before downtime occurs.
• Maintainaccuratemaintenance records, work orders, and parts usage documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
