Role Overview
Manager and Senior Architect role within Deloitte's Data Modernization and Analytics team.
Own architecture and delivery quality for complex master data and data engineering engagements.
Lead client and Deloitte teams across the full engagement lifecycle.

- Job type is permanent.
- Work model is hybrid.
- Primary and available location is Toronto, Ontario.
Core Responsibilities
- Own MDM, RDM, and data integration architectures across Party, Product, Location, Asset, and Reference domains.
- Lead 20+ person teams through diagnostic, design, roadmap, build, cutover, hypercare, and steady-state operations.
- Advise senior data and technology executives on reference architectures and platform decisions.
- Own architectural quality gates for governance, matching, survivorship, resilience, residency, privacy, observability, and cost.
- Set standards for match/merge tuning, stewardship workflows, data quality, publication SLAs, and operating models.
- Create reference architectures, whitepapers, points of view, and reusable accelerators.
- Lead MDM and data modernization pursuits from technical response through team mobilization.
- Mentor architects and consultants and manage performance and capability planning.
