- Analyze design sketches, technical drawings, patterns, and specifications before production
- Perform accurate fabric consumption calculations and cutting plans
- Cut fabrics manually or using cutting equipment with maximum precision and minimum wastage
- Ensure pattern alignment, grain line accuracy, and fabric matching
- Prepare and organize cut panels for production teams
- Monitor fabric quality before cutting and report any defects
- Review patterns and identify potential production issues before manufacturing
- Assist in sample development and prototype preparation
- Conduct fitting assessments and recommend technical adjustments
- Work closely with designers, pattern makers, and production teams to ensure accurate garment execution
- Inspect cut pieces and finished garments for quality compliance
- Maintain cutting records and fabric utilization reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Cutter in fashion, couture, bridal, evening wear, or luxury garment manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern interpretation, fitting, and alterations
- Experience working with delicate and luxury fabrics
- Ability to identify technical garment issues and provide effective solutions
- Excellent understanding of measurements, sizing, and garment finishing standards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines

Position Summary
- OVO Luxury Signature is seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented Master Cutter & Garment Technician to join our luxury fashion production team.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in garment cutting, pattern interpretation, fitting adjustments, and quality control for luxury women's wear, evening gowns, couture pieces, and ready to wear collections.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring precision cutting, garment construction accuracy, production efficiency, and the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities Master Cutting
- Analyze design sketches, technical drawings, patterns, and specifications before production.
- Perform accurate fabric consumption calculations and cutting plans.
- Cut fabrics manually or using cutting equipment with maximum precision and minimum wastage.
- Ensure pattern alignment, grain line accuracy, and fabric matching.

Key Responsibilities Garment Technical Support
- Review patterns and identify potential production issues before manufacturing.
- Assist in sample development and prototype preparation.
- Conduct fitting assessments and recommend technical adjustments.

- Provide technical guidance during garment construction and assembly.
- Ensure all garments meet fit, measurement, and quality requirements.

- Support production planning and workflow efficiency.
- Inspect cut pieces and finished garments for quality compliance.
- Minimize production errors and material wastage.
- Resolve technical garment issues during production.
- Maintain quality standards consistent with luxury fashion brands.
Key Responsibilities Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain cutting records and fabric utilization reports.
- Assist in preparing technical specifications and production documentation.
- Track production progress and communicate updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Cutter in fashion, couture, bridal, evening wear, or luxury garment manufacturing.

Pay
- AED 3,000.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
